* Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above.
* Healthy body and no physical defects.
* Academic qualification at least Diploma / Bach. Degree.
* Does not join other uniformed bodies.
* Interested in volunteer duties.
* Commissioned as First Officer by JPAM.
